At our first meeting, we will go over your golf game as it stands now. I will video some swings and discuss how I would approach a program to improve your golf swing.
If you're new to golf, then we will go over your interests -- why you want to learn how to golf and how we can build a sustainable golf game.
After our initial meeting, we will proceed with the plan that we develop. Lessons themselves will work around a theme, such as stretching before and during a round, short game, and tee shots. We can use some lessons to play virtual courses to incorporate variety to your instruction.
Other lessons can focus on mental and cognitive approaches to golf, such as how to plan your way through a round of golf; how to develop and implement a consistent pre-shot routine; and how to relax before each shot.
I am also available for on-course lessons. Please use the Contact Me button below to inquire.
If you are interested in improving your fitness for golf, I will use techniques developed by and taught through the Titleist Performance Institute and the National Academy of Sports Medicine to identify strengths and areas for improvement. In-home personal training sessions are available.
I currently the Garmin R10 launch monitor with 1-2 cameras. I also use the Sportsbox AI application to examine your swing. I then pull all of that information together and provide you with feedback that you can access.
As for golf fitness, I combine the Titleist Performance Institute and National Association of Sports Medicine programs to provide you with a cohesive, science-based fitness program.
